L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, seeks an Engineering Technician B to join our Fuzing & Ordnance Systems team. You will work with a multi-disciplinary group to design, manufacture, and test electronic and electro-mechanical devices for warfighters.

The role requires hands-on experience with manual and automated test equipment, troubleshooting to the component level, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering Technology or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant testing experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience in testing, troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform electronic testing (manual and automated) in production.
• Troubleshoot electronics and isolate faults to component level.
• Record test data and maintain documentation and routing for production/engineering assemblies.
• Assist in root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Calibrate test equipment to required standards.
• Support test system standards and create test plans and instructions.
