Job summary

Dynasty Wireline Services seeks a Wireline Electronic Technician with 5+ years in oil & gas wireline, including perforating, logging, and mechanical services. You will handle electronic diagnostics, calibration, and maintenance of downhole tools in a demanding environment.

The role requires interpreting tool responses, ensuring safety with hazardous materials, and collaborating across teams to keep field operations efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in oil & gas wireline with perforating, logging, and mechanical services.
• Experience with hazardous materials and working in explosive environments.
• Ability to interpret downhole tool responses and diagnose electronic/mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of electronics, wiring specs, and repair approaches for logging equipment.
• Capable of calibrating, assembling, and maintaining logging tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pre/post job equipment repair for logging trucks and downhole tools.
• Test and replace faulty components, circuit boards, and modules in electronic gear.
• Install, maintain, and repair electronic equipment used in the Cased Hole Wireline industry.
• Calibrate instruments and reassemble equipment for field readiness.
• Work independently and in a team environment; communicate effectively at all levels.

5+ Years EXPERIENCE in OIL & GAS WIRELINE INDUSTRY - PERFORATING, LOGGING, and MECHANICAL SERVICES. REQUIRE CASED HOLE WIRELINE ELECTRONIC TECHNICAN EXPERIENCE to be consider for this position.

• Experience with hazardous material and working in an explosive environment.
• Understand the operations in a variety of down hole logging tools and interpertation of tool responses.
• Knowlege of electronics, wiring specifications and approaches to repairing logging equipment for mehanical and electrical integrity.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify electronic equipment problems and suggest solutions.
• Knowledge of Cased Hole Wireline procedures, stage work and explosives.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical equipment used in the Cased Hole Wireline industry.
• Reassembling and calibrating logging tools and equipment.
• Inspections: Pre/Post job equipment repair logging trucks, and downhole logging tools.
• Test electronic equipment, replace faulty components, circuit modules and circuit boards.
• Install, maintain, and repair electronic equipment associated with the Cased Hole Wireline industry.
• Calibrate and reassemble instruments and equipment.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication with all levels of the orgnaization.
• MS Office, Excel, and Word required.
• English required (Bilingual a plus).

Compensation

Is based on educational requirements and years of experience as a Wireline Electronic Technician.

Pre-Employment Requirements
