Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment.
• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent training.
• Experience with electronic test instruments and diagnostic software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and quality practices.
• PMEL certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, test, and calibrate electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform component-level and modular repairs using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Run automated testing and diagnostic programs to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Complete equipment upgrades, modifications, and product improvements as needed.

• Record testing and service data in systems (PERFECT and Microsoft Dynamics AX).
• Collaborate with team to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Operate company vehicles when required and follow safety policies.
• Support additional technical projects as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, test, and calibrate electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform component-level and modular repairs using schematics and diagnostic tools. Run automated testing and diagnostic programs to identify and resolve equipment issues. Complete equipment upgrades, modifications, and product improvements as needed. Maintain product documentation, technical libraries, and accessory updates. Accurately document testing, repairs, and services in our systems, including PERFECT and Microsoft Dynamics AX. Work collaboratively with your team to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Operate company vehicles when required, following applicable transportation regulations, company safety policies, and required screening programs. Support additional technical projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

At least four years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment, plus one additional year of specialized experience. An associate degree in electronics or equivalent formal technical training, knowledge, and certification. Experience using electronic test instruments, diagnostic tools, and automated testing programs. Working knowledge of industry standards and quality practices. PMEL certification is a plus! Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a full-time, onsite position reporting to the Lab Manager. Travel Requirements: None FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Salary Range: To be provided The role involves working in an indoor warehouse/laboratory environment, including periods of standing and computer work. Candidates should be able to: Lift, carry, push, or pull equipment weighing up to 25 pounds and move heavier equipment weighing up to 150 pounds with assistance. Read technical documents, inspect equipment, and use computer systems. Communicate effectively with colleagues and team members. Work comfortably in a low-to-moderate noise environment while managing deadlines and interruptions.
