Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks an Electronic Technician I (Contingency) to perform entry-to intermediate-level electronic maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and testing on TACOM-managed systems. The role supports sustainment and readiness by diagnosing malfunctions and ensuring equipment returns to service per Army standards.

This contingent position requires adherence to safety procedures and technical manuals, with potential for shifts and overtime based on mission needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of electronic theory and practical applications.
• Ability to apply analytical and diagnostic techniques to isolate faults.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to plan and organize work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple ATE systems and monitor performance.
• Analyze test data and determine failures and corrective actions.
• Evaluate test program sets and validate against requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance on ATE testing.
• Prepare reports on failure trends and engineering changes.
