Responsibilities

• Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions to perform routine testing, troubleshooting, environmental testing, and simple developmental engineering tasks.
• Perform routine operational tests and fault isolation on production hardware and equipment to ensure conformance and design specifications.
• Diagnose and isolate malfunctions down to component level.
• Conduct defined engineering test and collect data as assigned.
• Utilize routine development or diagnostic equipment including oscilloscope, DVM, signal generators, and similar test apparatus.
• Execute test procedures, accurately record data, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and military standards.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with safety, quality, and security standards.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
