Job summary

Koike Aronson, Inc./Ransome is seeking a full-time electronics technician for 1st shift to lay out, build, test, troubleshoot and repair electronic drives, controls and circuitry. The role requires applying electrical theory and engineering principles and offers overtime and performance-based incentives.

Candidates should have an Associate of Applied Science in electronic or electromechanical technology or three years of related experience. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

• Associates degree (AAS) in electronic or electromechanical technology or three years related experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical theory and circuitry.
• Ability to lay out, build, test, troubleshoot and modify electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair and modify electronic devices such as drives and circuitry.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform electrical testing procedures and inspections.

Job description

Summary

• Yearly Profit Share Plan. Paid out the last 4 out of 5 years, including 22% on base and overtime wages in 2024 and 2025.
• Performance evaluations are completed every 90 days and eligible for a pay increase based on performance at 90, 180, 270. The current maximum is $32.50/hour.
• Full-time 1st shift position.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Applies knowledge of electrical theory, principles of electrical circuitry, electrical testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related educational training to lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic devices such as drives, controls, and circuitry.
• Must be physically capable of occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• Associates degree (AAS) in electronic or electromechanical technology from two-year college or technical school; and/or three years related experience are required.
