Job Overview

Join us as an Electronic Technician at Trace Systems Inc. located in Duluth, GA. This full-time, mid-senior level role involves working with VSAT systems for the military, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform installation, cabling, fabrication, testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of VSAT systems.
• Use specialized test equipment and software to isolate malfunctions.
• Distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems.
• Execute hardware and software upgrades and technology enhancements.
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government Secret Clearance.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience with repairs or refurbishment of SATCOM or related equipment.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent.
