ProStaff Workforce Solutions seeks an Electronic Technical Support/Customer Service representative for a privately owned manufacturing company in Richardson, TX 75081. You will answer customer questions, diagnose problems, repair products, and support returns and order processing.

The role emphasizes strong phone support, electronics knowledge, and fast, accurate service with a seven-day turnaround goal. Mon–Fri schedule; contract-to-hire; DoE pay; benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certificate requested; extensive experience may substitute.
• Experience assisting customers over the phone and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on electronics repair knowledge and soldering skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with RF, analog & digital circuitry preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities for customer care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot over the phone.
• Diagnose product issues and document repair/parts information in the database.
• Process returned products, enter orders, and assist sales as needed.
• Maintain 7-business-day turn-around for most repairs and track logs.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and engineers as needed.
