Job summary

WillHire, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Service Technician to support testing, calibration, repair, and maintenance of precision electronic test equipment.

You will perform functional testing and troubleshooting to ensure instruments meet exacting specifications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electronic testing, calibration, and repair.
• Familiarity with Keysight test and measurement equipment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics.
• Effective communication and a customer-focused mindset.
• Relevant technical degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing, calibration, troubleshooting, assembly, and disassembly of electronic instrumentation.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to meet specifications and performance standards.
• Apply technical knowledge to support internal teams and external customers.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and customer representatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate more difficult repairs to experienced technicians.
