Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Security Pro (Electronic Security Technician) to install, maintain, and repair electronic security systems at government facilities. You will wire, program, and test CCTV, alarms, and access control hardware, and provide end-user training on system operation.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, CAT Level 1 ESA, and obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance. Telework is not indicated; on-site work in government facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• CAT Level 1 ESA or equivalent credential required.
• Public Trust (Level 3) security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electronic security systems at government facilities.
• Program IP-based security systems and access control panels.
• Configure and test CCTV, alarms, and NVRs; conduct risk assessments.
