Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with TCP/IP, operating systems, alarm systems, CCTV/video surveillance, and related electronic security technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem identification, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Puerto Rico as required.
• Availability to provide after-hours support, including weekends and holidays, as part of the company’s on-call rotation/program.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Configuration, installation, and testing of electronic security equipment.
• Configure and manage applications and software related to electronic security systems.
• Configure, install, administer, and support electronic security and network equipment across LAN/WAN environments.
• Provide technical support for electronic security technologies and solutions from various vendors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network, connectivity, hardware, software, and electronic security equipment issues.
• Provide remote technical support to field technicians and other technical personnel.
