Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot wide area and segmented networks.
• Assist end users on operating security systems.
• Collaborate with IT to map network topology for security gear.
• SIP IP phone systems familiarity is a bonus.
• Oversee quality control and deliver fanatical customer service.
• Take ownership of and track project progress.
