Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing electronic security systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• Strong computer skills with service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, repair, calibrate, and maintain electronic security systems.
• Perform break-fix and preventive maintenance on PACS, CCTV, IDS, intercoms, security consoles, and related devices.
• Complete software and firmware upgrades on security equipment.
• Maintain service tickets and field logs; update records in electronic work management systems.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer sites.
