Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, project engineering, or related technical customer-facing role.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
  • Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

  • Promote, sell, and support Cirris standard electrical test equipment to manufacturing, OEM, aerospace, defense, and government customers.
  • Identify opportunities for custom engineering projects and collaborate with internal engineering teams.
  • Understand customer applications, specifications, and testing requirements to recommend standard and custom products.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including quoting and negotiations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Develop accurate project quotations and coordinate pricing, delivery, and terms.
  • Maintain customer relationships and proactively develop new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage opportunities, pipeline, and orders.
  • Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support and issue resolution coordination.
  • Represent Cirris at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
