We are looking for a full-time experienced candidate to join our STL UBIF team. The candidate must possess excellent customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills. In addition, the candidate must have technical skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cell phones, iPads, computers, game consoles, and other electronic gadgets in a timely manner. Someone who is flexible, adaptable, and capable of pivoting in rapidly evolving circumstances. Candidates must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

This role involves a high level of customer service along with electronic repair.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Enjoy working on electronic gadgets.
2. Answering phone calls/texts/leads.
3. Customer service and helping with cell phone-related questions.
4. Repairing devices (iPhone, iPad, Samsung, LG, Motorola, computers, game consoles, etc.).
5. Upselling accessories and organizing inventory.
6. Reliable with a strong work ethic.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. Accountability, friendliness, honesty, and integrity are all requirements for the job.
