HW Staffing Solutions in Tempe, AZ seeks an Electronic Manufacturing Technician for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will perform precision assembly, inspection, and testing in a cleanroom production environment, following detailed instructions and blueprints.

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential. The role offers a 9/80 schedule with competitive pay: 1st shift $19.50/hour and 2nd shift $21.45/hour, plus occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing/electronics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly using instructions and blueprints.
• Assemble small precision components using hand tools, microscopes, spot welders, and automated equipment.
• Set up, operate, and perform minor preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform wiring, component installation, cable harnessing, and hand assembly operations.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and document non-conformances.
• Enter production, inventory, and quality data into computer systems.
• Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety procedures.
