Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler/Operator

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate: $19.50-$23.65

Shift: 1st Shift (Full-time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Cleanroom Assembler/Operator to join our production team in Tempe, AZ. This position operates within a cleanroom environment requiring a full bunny suit. You will be responsible for manually loading and unloading products, operating and maintaining machines, and conducting basic quality checks with precision. This is a hands‑on, detail-oriented role, ideal for individuals who thrive in repetitive, process-driven work with high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manually load and unload parts and components using established procedures
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment, including filling chemicals
  • Use a low‑powered microscope for limited inspection tasks
  • Maintain cleanroom standards and proper handling procedures for delicate glass products
  • Perform data entry and basic PC functions as part of production documentation
  • Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
  • Close attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high‑quality work
  • Basic PC literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Willingness to work in a full cleanroom suit and perform repetitive tasks
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift arms to shoulder height repeatedly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree or post‑secondary certification with 0–2 years of related experience
  • Experience handling small, delicate components such as microchips or glass parts
  • Background in electronics or electro‑mechanical assembly
