Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician

The Game Technician is responsible for maintaining the functionality of our unique game technology. They ensure the mechanics and operations of the game/courses are performing properly and safely. Through troubleshooting, repair, and accurate reporting, the Game Technician works with the venue team to resolve technical issues promptly, contributing to a positive guest experience.

We'd like you to have:

• 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance
• Proficiency with computer systems, technology, and PC hardware
• Ability to learn and support unique software and hardware systems
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment
• Practical skills in electronics and mechanics
• Experience using hand tools and small power tools
• Guest-focused mindset for delivering exceptional experiences
• Effective communication skills with management, peers, and guests
• Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must pass a post-offer background check

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in technical support and maintenance in gaming or entertainment environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills at the component level
• Experience with small electronic and mechanical repairs
• Familiarity with Ethernet data infrastructure
• Soldering experience
• Basic understanding of electromechanical devices (e.g., linear actuators, conveyor systems)

Position Responsibilities:

• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
• Move around the facility and stand for long periods
• Kneel, stoop, bend, and twist frequently
• Read and write handwritten notes
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Work in potentially confined, crowded, noisy, and variable temperature environments
• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity with small tools and components
