Job summary

The Cypress Group seeks a Trade Desk Specialist to support its electronic FX operations. You will assist institutional clients, monitor trading systems, diagnose issues, and collaborate with technology, operations, and client-facing teams for a seamless trading experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in electronic trading or technical operations, strong Linux/SQL skills, and familiarity with FIX and FX market infrastructure. Hybrid work with on-site presence is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; finance/tech background preferred.
3–5 years supporting electronic trading platforms or financial markets.
Strong understanding of electronic trading environments and market infrastructure.
Experience with FX markets is highly preferred.
Linux in production environments and SQL for data analysis are required.

Responsibilities

Provide real-time client support for trading, connectivity, market data, and platform inquiries.
Troubleshoot complex technical/operational issues involving APIs, workflows, connectivity, and system functionality.
Document incidents, root cause analysis, and resolutions for process improvement.
Guide and support junior team members during daily operations and incidents.
Monitor platform health pre/post-market and ensure readiness for sessions.
