Job summary

Quadax, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a permanent, full-time Data Analyst to join the eligibility analysis team and support healthcare revenue cycle operations.

The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining SQL queries, researching eligibility connections, and analyzing large datasets to drive improvements. The position is hybrid (2 onsite days per week) with no remote option; candidates must reside within driving distance of Middleburg Heights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Understanding ANSI 270/271 is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement is a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Capable of solving complex problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Location: 7070 American Veterans Pkwy. Middleburg Heights, OH 44130. Candidates must live within driving distance.

Schedule: Hybrid - 2 onsite days per week. Remote not available.

Salary Range: $60k-$70k

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
• Do research and seek out/establish/maintain eligibility connections.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other analysts to develop and document best practices, standards, and tool usage
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficiency writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server required
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
• Understanding of ANSI 270/271 is a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement is a plus
• Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
