Job summary

KeyStaff, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to handle receipt of electronic components, accurate documentation, and entry into our ERP system.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include inspecting incoming shipments, verifying part numbers, maintaining inventory records, and supporting general warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic components in shipping, receiving, warehouse or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming components and materials purchased by the company.
• Accurately process and document incoming shipments.
• Enter receiving information into the company’s computer system.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.
• Work closely with freight carriers, Purchasing, and Incoming Inspection teams.
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues with incoming shipments.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow company procedures for handling and organizing materials.
