Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• 5+ years of relevant component engineering experience.
• Familiarity with IEEE components and MIL‑STD basics.
• Strong communication and ability to write clear technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide component engineering support and author technical reports.
• Advise on part selection for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot component-level issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with program offices, designers, and suppliers.
• Develop and review test plans and life‑cycle engineering support.
