XP Power is seeking a skilled Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I to perform light electro-mechanical assembly operations of moderately high complexity. The ideal candidate will have soldering experience and a keen attention to detail, following established manufacturing assembly procedures.

The role is based in Gloucester, MA, on-site with early shift options (6 AM - 2:30 PM or 7 AM - 3:30 PM). You will assemble PCBAs, harnesses, and power supplies, while maintaining quality and safety

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written procedures in English.
• Three years of soldering experience is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of RF generators and related components.
• Final configuration of externally produced components to meet customer specs.
• Manufacture PCBAs, cable assemblies, harnesses, and power supplies.
• Total adherence to Health and Safety and 6S Lean principles.

Location: Gloucester, MA

Schedule: On-site, 6 AM - 2:30 PM or 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Job Summary

XP Power is seeking a skilled Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I to perform light electro-mechanical assembly operations of moderately high complexity. The ideal candidate will have soldering experience and a keen attention to detail, following established manufacturing assembly procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly work, focusing on electro-mechanical assembly of RF Generators for use in industrial settings.
• Final configuration of externally produced components to meet customer specifications.
• Manufacture PCBAs, cable assemblies, cable harnesses, and power supplies.
• Undertake fault diagnosis and implement solutions to improve processes.
• Promote continuous improvement by sharing observations and knowledge with manufacturing engineering, quality, and the design team.
• Align with Health and Safety and 6S Lean principles within the manufacturing department.
• Participate in cross-training and provide training to others in the department.
• Work with limited supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic assembly and electro-mechanical assembly functions.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and written procedures in English.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to operate machinery such as soldering irons, power screwdrivers, and various hand tools.

Additional Information

• Three (3) years of soldering experience is required.
• Candidates will be tested on their soldering skills as part of the interview process.
