Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden, NJ, is seeking an Electronic Assembly Technician 3. The role performs testing of circuit card assemblies, module assemblies, cables, and integrated systems, interpreting test results and ensuring product performance.

A US Secret clearance may be required in this bargaining position. You will read assembly drawings and mechanical drawings, perform verification/validation, and troubleshoot electronic circuits to component level using various test equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• 2 + years of formal electronic technology training
• Ability to interpret complex assembly drawings, electrical diagrams, and processflows/standards.
• Experience in troubleshooting electronic circuits to the component level, usingtest equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, frequency generators, logic analyzers, spectrum and network analyzers
• In-depth knowledge of IPC-610 and/or J Standard 001.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of complex mechanical systems/products
• Testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies & systems
• Extensive experience in electronic assembly, hand soldering and self-inspection.
• Adhere to IPC-610 and J-STD-001 quality standards.
