Job summary

Gavial ITC in Santa Barbara, CA, is hiring an Electronic Assembler for an in-person role. You will perform soldering and mechanical assembly, read drawings and electrical schematics, and build wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.

The position requires at least 1 year of assembly experience in manufacturing, with a focus on attention to detail. Regular 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with strong teamwork and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Soldering experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand production drawings, instructions, and work orders.
• Perform assembly tasks including crimps, screws, and component mounting.
• Read electrical schematics/wiring diagrams and assemble harnesses and cables.
