BK Technologies, Inc. seeks a hands-on assembler at our Melbourne, FL facility. You will assemble and solder components at the hand tool and solder iron station, preparing wires and shields under supervision.
Requirements include 2+ years of SMD soldering experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work well in a team and under deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and reliability are essential.
Work at assembler station, using hand tools and solder irons, soldering parts and shields, mechanical assembly and wire prep as directed by Lead or Supervisor.
Work typically takes place in a normal manufacturing environment requiring:
Sitting, walking, lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, and seeing
Environment conditions; noise, vibration, oils, solvents, chemicals
