Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a reliable Electronic Assembler to join our Shelton, CT production team. This role is suited for someone with hands-on experience in electronic assembly who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will read product docs in English, perform wiring, soldering, coating, and subassembly prep, and operate basic hand tools and production equipment. A High school diploma is preferred, IPC/J-STD certification is a plus, and the schedule features consistent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; IPC/J-STD certification a plus.
• Experience in electronics assembly is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret product documentation in English.

Responsibilities

• Masking, unmasking, and coating circuit boards.
• Cut, strip, and tin wires.
• Prepare subassemblies and perform basic soldering.
• Operate basic hand tools and small air/electric tools.
• Use presses and assist with wave solder and SMT equipment.
• Support other production tasks as needed.
