Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is assisting a Santa Clara manufacturing client in recruiting an electronic assembler and CNC operator for a long-term, temp-to-hire role. You will assemble electronic parts, solder as needed, follow blueprints, perform testing and QA, and operate a CNC router to cut frames. Shift is 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, pay $22–$25 per hour.

Candidates who can multi-task, communicate well, and work as part of a small team will fit well. A college degree is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics soldering, simple mechanicals assembly and a CNC/router operator are a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, love for learning and performing a variety of roles wearing multiple hats as needed is required.
• Ability to understand some technical terms, with good communication skills, a team player and attention to details.
• College degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic parts using instructions and SOP.
• Soldering skills preferred
• Follow blueprints and schematics
• Perform testing and quality inspection on completed parts
• Operate machines including CNC to cut frames
• Use small hand tools to adhere and attach parts
• Assist in warehouse section to sort and move materials
• Other duties as assigned
