Job summary

Hanwha Aerospace USA is seeking an EB Welder to join our East Windsor, CT facility. The successful candidate will prepare, assemble and EB weld a range of materials using CNC controlled equipment, following established procedures under supervision.

Reading blueprints, ensuring weld quality and maintaining documentation are essential outcomes. The role requires experience with EB welding, ability to read drawings, and willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience with EB welding processes on various parts and assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with aerospace materials and welding standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate welding controls and monitoring devices.

Responsibilities

• Apply EB welding processes to parts, assemblies and components.
• Set up, program and operate EB and CNC controls for welding.
• Interpret production drawings and blueprints to ensure fit and weld quality.
• Maintain records and document inspection data as required.
• 5-10% domestic travel.
