Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Test Specialist to test, troubleshoot, and validate electromechanical systems during the manufacturing process in Illinois.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, document test results, and support wiring checks, end-of-line testing, and system calibration. This role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong problem-solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in electromechanical systems or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis to identify root causes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing testing for electromechanical subsystems and systems.
• Check wiring accuracy per work instructions.
• Support manufacturing capacity by performing end-of-line testing.
• Troubleshoot and rework units as part of testing.
• Document test results, discrepancies, and corrective actions taken, maintaining traceability.
• Perform wire harnessing for electromechanical system.
