Baldwin Richardson Foods is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance on electromechanical and electrical systems, instruments, and PLCs at our Williamson plant. The position emphasizes safe, efficient production support under a 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; two-year associate degree or trade training highly preferred but applicable experience may be considered
• Minimum of three years electrical and electromechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience in manufacturing or related fields
• Experience reading electrical schematics and interpreting instrumentation/electronics/controls
• Proficient with testing/measurement tools and basic vibration analysis, torque, tolerances
• Familiar with GMP/OSHA/FDA/EPA standards in food/pharma environments
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as production requires

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation, and preventative maintenance on electromechanical and electrical systems and PLCs
• Complete preventative maintenance on all equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Support continuous improvement by sharing equipment and process expertise
• Troubleshoot and repair plant electrical components including motors, servos, VFDs, and PLCs
• Read ladders and diagnose production issues; replace faulty components
• Maintain electrical systems and PM programs; provide feedback on machine health
• Provide training support to Operations team as needed and assist with CMMS usage in maintenance workflows
