Job summary

Sazerac is seeking an electromechanical maintenance technician to own reliability across the facility. The role combines hands-on electrical and mechanical work with problem-solving to minimize downtime and improve performance.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday 7am–5pm with some overtime; strong troubleshooting and collaborative skills are essential to support safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, and hardware).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems to maximize equipment reliability.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions to reduce downtime and improve plant performance.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs while interpreting schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to uphold SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The annual hourly range for this role is $32.40- $48.60. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
