Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for a permanent onsite role in Denver, CO. You will build automated packaging equipment, reading blueprints, wiring, and integrating mechanical and electrical components.

Join a team focused on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to lead peers and contribute to R&D initiatives. First-shift or 5x8 schedule available, voluntary overtime. Tools provided by you are required for the job.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electromechanical assembly and machine building.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with troubleshooting electromechanical systems and robotics.
• Experience using a personal tool set on site is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build automated packaging equipment from components and subsystems.
• Perform electromechanical assembly and wiring per specifications.
• Execute retrofits and change orders to meet requirements.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan tasks.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Repair and adjust equipment to restore performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians for continuous improvement.
• Support customization for pharmacy, eCommerce, and mailing operations.
