Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift Electromechanical Technician to join our Maintenance Operations team in the United States. You will coordinate maintenance, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime, ensure equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient operations through hands-on problem solving and proactive maintenance planning.

Job description

Our team is looking for a 2nd or 3rd Shift Electromechanical Technician to join our Maintenance Operations team and play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What will you do?
  • Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
  • Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and keep operations running smoothly
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues

  • 2nd Shift Schedule

    • Monday - Thursday: 3:15 p.m. - 12:15 a.m.
    • Friday: 12:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.

    3rd Shift Schedule

    • Monday - Thursday: 9:15 p.m. - 6:15 a.m.
    • Friday: 6:15 p.m. - 12:15 a.m.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing equipment issues before they escalade
  • Comfort working in a hands‑on environment with both routine and non‑routine challenges

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $55,494 - $83,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
