Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for our Dover, DE manufacturing plant. You will support all packaging areas by repairing, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on packaging equipment, with shifts 2nd and 3rd and 24/7 coverage as needed.

You will troubleshoot major issues, perform preventative and predictive maintenance, and work with supervision to drive productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance/mechanics.
• Ability to read basic mathematical functions and perform calculations.
• Basic digital literacy/computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills across teams.
