Job summary

OneVision Corporation seeks a hands-on technician to join our team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate enjoys working with electromechanical systems, computers, and precision instruments, and provides customer technical support via phone and video.

You will build, test, service, and support OneVision inspection equipment and software, and grow into the primary technician for the SeamMate product line, overseeing production, testing, and field-ready support with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training required.
• Coursework or experience with mechanical/electronic systems.
• Demonstrated electronics knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and calibrate precision inspection and measurement systems.
• Configure computer-controlled gauging and information systems in Windows networks.
• Diagnose, repair, and service electromechanical equipment and related PC components.
• Evaluate the accuracy and repeatability of optical and mechanical measurement systems.
• Assist with testing, prototyping, and evaluation of new products and enhancements.
• Provide telephone, email, and remote technical support to customers.
• Perform occasional on-site installation, training, maintenance, and service visits.
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
