Qualifications

• Principal/Level 3 requires a STEM bachelor's with 5+ years of experience, or master's with 3+ years.
• Sr. Principal/Level 4 requires a STEM bachelor's with 8+ years of relevant experience, or master's with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, and SCI approval/access.
• Experience with hardware design and integration processes.
• Familiarity with power, RF, and fiber electrical signal principles and applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design and integration of hardware systems.
• Create/Review/Update drawings; support equipment moves, rack and stack of equipment, and integration of compute equipment into a shelter for deployment.
• Travel to support installation and configuration events (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Participate in system-level testing and verification processes, ensuring hardware meets all specified requirements and standards.
• Troubleshoot and modify existing hardware designs to improve performance and reliability.
• Document design changes and validation plans with clear technical writing.
• Maintain a proactive attitude in meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Occasional travel to support field activities and hardware deployment.
