Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of electromechanical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in single-line diagrams, layout, and detailed bus configurations.
• Knowledge of NEC, ANSI/IEEE standards and high-voltage substation design.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Valid US work authorization.
• Proficient in BIM/ACC and Revit for 3D modeling.
• PE license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary engineering activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Secondary, SCM) and external partners.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for Electromechanical Engineering.
• Drive innovation and cost-effective solutions in proposals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards.
• Support installation and construction phases.
• Evaluate risks and implement mitigation strategies with Project Manager Engineering.
• Promote continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Develop base and detailed design documents and drawings based on customer requirements.
• Drive the completion of all engineering activities on projects.
• Create work plans and cost estimates, ensuring quality deliverables.
