French's is seeking a full-time Electromechanical Reliability Mechanic at our Springfield, MO plant. You’ll report to the Maintenance Manager and spend your shift safeguarding equipment health, minimizing downtime, and coaching teammates on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

As a full-time Electromechanical Reliability Mechanic in our Springfield, MO plant, you’ll report to the Maintenance Manager and spend your shift safeguarding equipment health, minimizing downtime, and coaching teammates.A day in this roleYou arrive for a 12-hour shift, walk the floor, and scan dashboards in the CMMS. A filler needs an adjustment, a conveyor is due for preventive maintenance, and a packaging cell shows intermittent electrical faults.
