Job summary

Core Health & Fitness in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. You will perform final quality control on products, review raw materials, assemble and test samples, and support corrective actions with engineering and manufacturing staff.

The role requires solid English communication, knowledge of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, multimeter), and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; inspector training a plus.
• Experience in quality inspection and familiarity with SOPs and sampling plans is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform Final Quality Control (FQC) of Core Health & Fitness products using inspection techniques, sampling plans, and inspection equipment.
• Review Receiving Inspection (Raw Materials) and Final Inspection.
• Perform sample inspections on OEM by assembling, testing, and repackaging samples as defined on quality control plans.
• Work with manufacturing and engineering personnel to resolve quality issues and nonconformances, including corrective action follow up.
• Perform electromechanical troubleshooting of non-conforming products.
