Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing), Applied Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–6 years in test engineering, manufacturing, or production support for electromechanical systems.
• Switchgear or switchboard experience required.
• Proficiency with test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, and maintain production test procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and engineering orders.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze test data to reduce test time, improve test coverage, and enhance product reliability.
• Ensure products and processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear records of test results, nonconformances, and calibration data; communicate findings to staff.
