Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field (Engineering/Industrial Technology) with 0–3 years in manufacturing
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a team
• Effective communication across all levels
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) preferred
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming preferred
• Knowledge of electrical systems and control panels preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, repair, and test electromechanical systems, components, and equipment
• Integrate electrical controls with mechanical systems (motors, sensors, actuators)
• Create and review drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated equipment and machinery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance
• Develop and implement control systems using PLCs and automation tools
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
