Job summary

Actalent in Beverly, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own the health and performance of complex electromechanical production lines. You will troubleshoot hardware on the factory floor, drive permanent corrective actions, and translate engineering intent into clear work instructions for operators.

The role requires hands-on experience with complex machinery in low-volume, high-complexity environments, and collaboration with Design Engineering, Quality, Field Service, and Supply Chain to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or hardware support.
• Experience sustaining complex electromechanical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues on assembly lines and implement robust fixes.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain assembly/work instructions and training materials.
• Read schematics, BOMs, and GD&T to identify discrepancies and communicate clearly.
