Job summary

Bath Fitter Corporate is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for our 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), Monday through Friday. You’ll troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, work with PLCs, read wiring diagrams, and participate in continuous improvement while keeping safety and productivity at the core.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in electromechanical maintenance, hands-on fabrication skills, and the ability to problem-solve independently.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming knowledge.
  • Experience with industrial electrical systems (120V–480V).
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
  • MIG and stick welding experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to problem solve independently.
  • Someone proactive, dependable, and ready to jump in when challenges arise.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Work with PLCs including Allen Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi.
  • Read and build ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and control panels.
  • Diagnose AC/DC motors, drives, relays, timers, thermocouples, and safety systems.
  • Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Help keep operations safe, efficient, and running at full speed.
