Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, electrical controls, sensors, drives, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work a rotating 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Inspect, test, adjust, and replace motors, sensors, switches, relays, bearings, belts, chains, gears, and other components.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled machinery and automated production systems.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting including 24VDC and AC control circuits.
• Repair and maintain conveyors, wire-processing equipment, motors, drives, and other manufacturing machinery.
• Use testing equipment such as multimeters and clamp meters.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, modification, and commissioning.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and document work performed.
