Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Industrial electromechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics; PLC experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated equipment.
• Diagnose root causes of failures and determine repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and overhauls.
• Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Install new equipment and relocate existing equipment for production needs.
• Work with PLCs, Siemens TIA Portal, electrical schematics, robotics, and automated systems.
• Lubricate, inspect, and service machinery to maintain performance.
• Document work and maintain maintenance records in SAP.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas; support shutdowns.
• Make safety a priority in everything you do.
