Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a mechanically inclined professional with an electrical background to lead industrial repair projects onsite in Corpus Christi, TX. You will supervise technicians and coordinate complex rotating equipment work.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to work with customers and vendors. Relocation assistance is available, with housing support during onboarding and potential retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong industrial electrical and mechanical repair background.
• Experience in supervisory roles (foreman/lead).
• Experience interacting with customers and vendors.
• Experience with generators, electric motors, pumps, bearings, shafts, couplings, and rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of alignment and balancing procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, installation, and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or rotating equipment repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians performing mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair generators, motors, pumps, rotating equipment, and related machinery.
• Coordinate equipment teardown, inspection, repair, installation, and reassembly.
• Perform or oversee alignment, balancing, installation, and commissioning of rotating equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment failures.
• Work directly with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal service teams.
• Coordinate parts, materials, repair schedules, and project requirements.
• Review technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and work orders.
• Provide technical direction and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.
