Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to service paint shakers, tinters, mobility carts, and other light industrial equipment at big box retailers.

Expect travel within a 3-hour radius with overnight stays, typically about 2 ½ weeks per month. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, perform preventative maintenance, use hand and power tools, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then providing a solution.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
