Job summary

DOC SERVICES is hiring Electromechanical Field Service Technicians to service equipment at client locations across the US. You will work from home base and respond to scheduled service calls, performing preventive and reactive maintenance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years repair experience, and ability to read schematics. You will use MS Office and service-management software, maintain safety standards, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of equipment repair experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable maintenance and repair on electromechanical equipment.
• Respond to service calls within customer and DOC requirements.
• Submit documentation via handheld device; maintain records.
• Order and manage replacement parts; keep inventory organized.
• Travel to customer locations and work independently.
• Adhere to OSHA, safety regulations, and PPE requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and DSM; provide recommendations.
