Job summary

NCR Voyix Field Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, maintain and repair electromechanical systems for our retail and dining clients across Northern Wisconsin (Eau Claire, Rice Lake, Menomonie). You will travel within the territory, perform service calls promptly and keep customers satisfied.

The role offers a company-provided vehicle, overtime eligibility, paid holidays and vacation, a 401(k) plan, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Local candidate in the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with long driving hours.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work with morning/afternoon/evening start times and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
